A DMP is an informal arrangement that helps manage your debts and pay them off at a more affordable rate by making reduced monthly payments to your unsecured creditors.
Debt Arrangement Scheme 
A Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) is a Scottish government-run debt management tool which allows you to repay your debts through a debt payment programme (DPP).
The DPP will allow you to pay off your debts over an extended period of time while giving you protection from your creditors taking action against you to recover the debt in the DPP. It will freeze all interest, fees and charges on the debts included.
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA)
